Summary

I’ve been a network engineer since 2008 working small and large ISPs and it’s my passion to design networks focused on customer experience.

This involves working with all stakeholders and those contributing to leverage best working practices; all whilst pushing the technology boundaries to give that improvement in customer service and increasing cost savings.

From this I take my experience and use my ability to engage varying levels of ability, to create knowledge transfers.
